GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Sect. 1\u00a0\u00a0 Scope of validity, customer information<\/strong><\/p>

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Norbert Stein Pata Music and consumers who purchase goods in our shop Pata Music. The contract language is German.<\/p>

Sect. 2\u00a0\u00a0 Conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/p>

(1) The offers on the internet represent a binding offer to you to buy goods.<\/p>

(2) You can add one or more products into the shopping cart. In the course of ordering process you enter your data and desires concerning payment method, delivery modalities etc. Once you have entered your information and clicked the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also submit a binding order by telephone.<\/p>

Sect. 3\u00a0\u00a0 Customer information: Storage of the contractual text<\/strong><\/p>

Your order with details of the contract concluded (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. However, you do not have access to your past orders via the internet. We will send you the GTC, but you can also access the GTC at any time via our website. If you want to save the product description on our shop page for your own purposes, you can make a screenshot or alternatively print the whole page at the time of ordering.<\/p>

Sect. 4\u00a0\u00a0 Customer information: Correction note<\/strong><\/p>

You can amend your entries at any time before submitting the order by using the delete key. We will keep you informed throughout the checkout process of further correction options. You can terminate the order process also at any time by closing of the browser window completely.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Norbert Stein Pata Music, Humboldtstr. 26, 50676 Koeln, phone: +49 (0)221 205 303 91, mail@patamusic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>

Effects of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.<\/p>

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>
